We believe that words matter. The words we cut for you mean something, to you, and to us. We don’t take it lightly that you support our family with your hard earned money. Custom orders are where the magic happens.
Our process
Step 1 You contact us with a custom metal sign idea, and provide measurement estimates, and either an image file, or detailed description of what you’d like. We’ve also been known to turn a napkin drawing into steel. You can also include a specific image file by emailing us at info@vintagemetalco.com
Step 2 We take all of details into account and respond within 1-3 business days (no weekends) with a quote. At this point, we may request further details or need some specific questions answered to generate the quote.
Step 3 When the customer agrees to order, we generate a custom order with your design details and specific cost and shipping listed. We will email you the order link.
Step 4 Once the order has been placed, we then begin the design work and you can expect your first proofs within 1-3 business days. From there, we are happy to make alterations until we have it just the way you want it. We don’t cut until you are happy with the design. This takes the worry out of it for the customer.
Step 5 We cut the sign and finish it to your specifications and ship via USPS Priority Mail.
